Prominent local construction company, Tradesman Collective, is expanding across the High Country of Colorado and is searching for driven and qualified individuals who would like to take on one of the most challenging environments in our country: the High Rockies. We service Gilpin County and surrounding areas, and are looking for highly skilled and fun-to-be-around tradespeople who want to grow in their career as part of our team.

We are a wide spectrum repair, restoration, and remodel collective that tackles a long list of trades on a regular basis. Whether you are a single sub-contractor or have a crew and are looking to work with a highly motivated team and mindful work culture, we might be a good fit.

Our tradespeople are making $20-$50 per hour and pay promotions + bonuses are awarded to those who exhibit excellent work ethic, craftsmanship, and demeanor. If this position resonates with your abilities, please check out the requirements listed below:

Requirements:

Liability Insurance (we can help walk you through the process in CO if needed)

Good quality tools and equipment is preferred

Solid industry knowledge of 1+ trades

Cell phone/Internet

Good Attitude

Work well with others

You show up on time because you love what you do and take pride in your work

Flexibility to deal with last minute changes

Solid communication

Trade focused 4x4 vehicle, it snows a LOT here
